10% Commission to be paid on all horses sold

 

Training includes full board plus training of horse. Riders of horses in training are given two (2) lessons per month at no additional charge. Any additional lessons for owners with horses in training are $35/hour. This is to encourage the owner to participate in the training process. The lessons must be taken while the horse is in training and cannot be accrued.

 

Full board includes complete balanced ration, stall and turn out. Grooming and exercise are not included.

 

Premium board is full board plus grooming, blanketing and handling for the vet and farrier.

 

Pasture board includes complete balanced ration and pasture turn out.

 

Sale horses will be provided full board, conditioning exercise and grooming plus showing to potential buyers.
